MiLLIng vessels

We offer a wide range of milling vessels differing in volume and material to cover the synthetic or pulverizing requirements of an academic or industrial laboratory.
Jars were designed and made to be as light as possible, in order to prolong the life-span of mill, offering at the same time reliability and endurance needed for harshest requirements of a modern laboratory. For example, the weight of our standard 14 mL stainless steel jar is under 140 g, while the same size plastic vessel can go even from 22 g (PMMA) to 70 g (PTFE). Reduction in weight of milling vessels reduces significantly cumulative stress induced to the mechanochemical mill.

Each jar was individually tested for their quality and resistance to leakage.

The materials available include hardened stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, Teflon), polymethyl metacrylate (PMMA or Plexiglas), Polyamide, and also vessels for specific requirements made from aluminum, brass, copper and bronze.
